Food industry is one of the largest branches of economics which is called upon providing population of the country with food.

Technical rearmament and re-equipment of enterprises in the agroindustrial complex are taking place constantly with modern equipment and the newest machinery, manufactures are mechanized and automated. Huge work on enrichment and quality improvement of goods assortment and increasing of product quality are being carried out.

One of the main tasks facing the workers of food industry are increasing its product quality and its food value, more complete use of raw materials and different food additives. To reach this goal it is necessary to polish all the technological processes up constantly and carry them out in optimal conditions permanently keeping under control quality of raw material and final goods at all the stages of hygiene processing.

Microbiological analyses and manufacture control have huge importance in food industry. That is why necessity in the methods and means of cleansing which allow to reach high hygiene standards of food production is arising.
